Our 2014 Season *

NUNSENSE is a hilarious musical spoof about the misadventures of five nuns trying to manage a talent show. Sadly, the rest of the sisterhood died from botulism after eating the vichyssoise prepared by Sister Julia. Thus, the remaining nuns – ballet-loving Sister Leo, street-wise Sister Robert Anne, befuddled Sister Mary Amnesia, the Mother Superior Sister Regina, and mistress of the novices Sister Mary Hubert – stage a show in order to raise the money to bury their dearly departed Sisters. It’s a grand night for theatrical fun and an hysterical opening to our 2014 season.

In a faraway kingdom turned upside down, things get ugly when an unseemly ogre - not a handsome prince - shows up to rescue a feisty princess. Throw in a donkey who won't shut up, a bad guy with a short temper, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand... and his name is Shrek.  Based on the Oscar winning DreamWorks film, SHREK: THE MUSICAL is full of fun, song, dance and hilarious moments in this perfect show for all ages.

July 26, Aug. 1 and 2 at 8:00 p.m. and July 27 and Aug. 3 at 2:00 p.m.

Based on Stephen King’s bestselling novel, CARRIE: THE MUSICAL tells the tale of Carrie White, a misfit, bullied at school by the popular crowd and at the mercy of her loving, but cruelly over-protective mother. But Carrie has just discovered her possession of a very special power, and if pushed too far, she’ll not be afraid to use it. This is a scrumptious merge of the horror and musical theatre genres culminating in an exciting pre-halloween offering
